Microgreens Rice

Microgreens Rice: Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked rice (white or brown)

  • 1 teaspoon powdered microgreens (such as spinach or radish)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

1.    In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

2.    Add chopped onion and garlic and sauté until translucent.

3.    Add the cooked rice and microgreens powder to the skillet. Mix well to combine.

4.    Cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is heated through and coated with the microgreens powder.

5.    Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6.    Serve the microgreens rice as a side dish or base for protein and vegetable toppings.
